Shipping Policy

At Vivaria, we do our best to get your order to you quickly and with care.

Address Policy

For smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate residential or commercial address at checkout.

Vivaria cannot guarantee delivery to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes 
  • Government offices or military bases
  • Schools or hospitals
  • Rural or remote areas
  • Tourist or temporary accommodation addresses

If an order is placed using one of the restricted locations above, an additional shipping fee may apply if reshipping has to be arranged.

If Vivaria’s customer support team contacts you because the carrier requires your action to arrange delivery, please reach out to the carrier within 3 days.
If no action is taken within that time, the package may be returned to sender, and a re-shipping fee will apply before the order can be resent.

Customers should also inform Vivaria’s support team of any updates or responses received from the local carrier — this helps ensure accurate tracking and successful delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days depending on your location.

Peak Periods

During times of higher demand (such as seasonal sales or new product launches), delivery may take a little longer — up to 20 days in rare cases. We’ll always keep you updated so you know exactly where your order is.

Cancellations & Changes

Because our warehouse is fully automated, orders are typically forwarded to shipping within 24 hours, which means cancellations can’t be made once the process has started.

If you’d like to make a return, simply wait until your package arrives and we’ll be here to support you through the process.

However, in some cases, we may still be able to update address details, sizes, or variants if you reach out quickly after placing your order. If you spot a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopvivaria.com
