🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece you get from Aurelia. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it easy for you while also keeping our policies fair.


📌 Important Notice

At this time, only U.S. orders are eligible for Aurelia return services. We are not accepting returns for orders shipped outside the United States.


⏳ Our Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them (unworn, unused, with tags).

  • Packed in their original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

If an item doesn’t meet these guidelines, a restocking fee (15–25%) may apply, or we may need to decline the return.


🛠️ Quality Claims & Defects

  • If you believe your product arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Claims made after this period cannot be guaranteed for replacement or refund, as items may show signs of use.

  • Quality claims must also be reported within 3 days of delivery so we can fairly assess the issue.

📬 How to Start a Return

Simply email us at support@shopvivaria.com and our team will guide you step by step. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the correct return address and instructions.

⚠️ Please don’t send items back to the sender’s address printed on the package — that isn’t our return location.
⚠️ Items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.

💡 A few things to note:

  • Customers cover return shipping costs.

  • We recommend a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

  • The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

  • Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


🔄 Exchanges

Looking for a different size or color? We’ve got you! Exchanges are available within 30 days. An Exchange Processing & Shipping Fee will apply, and our support team will provide all the details.


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on the condition of the item, a restocking fee of 15–25% will be applied.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, just reach out to us at support@shopvivaria.com— we’re here to help.


📦 Damages & Issues

We carefully check every order before it leaves, but if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


📭 Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, let us know within 5 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate, and when appropriate, offer a one-time replacement.


🔒 Fraud Prevention

To keep Aurelia safe for everyone, we verify billing and shipping details and monitor transactions for suspicious activity. If something looks unusual, we may reach out for extra confirmation, or in rare cases, cancel the order and notify you immediately.
